Tatyana Sherstyuk is a multi-disciplinary visual artist and curator. Working with mixed media, she combines in her artworks video, installation, sculptures, drawings, paintings, photography and choreography. An important part of her artistic research is questioning a perception of reality.

ARTIST STATEMENT
​
Ultimately, my goal as an artist is to create immersive and captivating experiences that engage the senses and invite contemplation. Through my art, I seek to explore the possibilities of a multitude of media. I use a variety of tools and techniques, such as projectors, kinetic sculptures, and performances, to create intricate and mesmerising displays of moving shadows. By using shadows as one of my mediums, I seek to create a sense of mystery and intrigue, inviting the viewer to explore the possibilities of the unknown.
My work often involves the interplay between the physical and the digital, as I incorporate technology to create intricate and complex movements. By using these tools, I am able to create a certain atmosphere that respond to the environment, the viewer, and the other elements in the space.
Whether through installations, performances, or interactive experiences, I am committed to using my art to push the limits of what is possible and invite others to join me on this journey of exploration and discovery.
